Business Community: We recommend local businesses visit our location to become familiar and informed with the goals, objectives, limitations and scope of the Community Support Program. During these visits, we will provide a tour of our facilities as well as a briefing that describes in detail what the program aims to achieve. We recommend an opportunity for input from local business leaders be provided during this visit.
Foundation and Local Community: We recommend informing the community foundations in the city about the goals, objectives, limitations and scope of the Community Support Program as soon as possible. Baltimore has strong community foundations who act as community leaders and informing them early will help form and build support from the rest of the community. Gaining support from these and other community leaders is imperative for the success of the program and easing the concerns of community leaders by presenting them with all of the information will incite community support for the project.
City Council and Council Leadership: We recommend members of the local government visit our location to become familiar and informed with the goals, objectives, limitations and scope of the Community Support Program. During this visit, we will provide a tour of our facilities as well as a briefing that describes in detail what the program aims to achieve.
